Description
Nicolás is an associate in the Corporate/M&A and Energy, Projects and Infrastructure teams at A/C/R. His experience includes advising on corporate law, development and financing of real estate and energy infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, operation and implementation of last mile transport businesses. He has also advised companies on debt restructuring, development of agrobusiness projects and corporate maintenance management.
As part of the Energy, Projects and Infrastructure Group, Nicolás has been involved in advising clients on the development, financing and construction of energy and infrastructure projects in Chile. In recent years, he has focused his practice on energy transactions, particularly the acquisition, maintenance and development of photovoltaic energy projects.

• Solarpack | Advised on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in solar projects owned by Lader Energy totalling 460 MWp. All projects are in the development stage. Assisting the client in negotiating the purchase and defining the developer's obligations to reach the construction stage.
• Advised on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of a company owning a 31 MWp photovoltaic project.
• Participation in the team advising a debt restructuring operation of an international client with its debtor in Chile for EUR 2 million, accompanying it throughout the development process, from its evaluation and structuring to the monitoring and adjustment of the fulfilment of the outstanding obligations.
• Advised international clients in the transport and last mile services sector, actively participating in the conclusion of alliances with various clients throughout the country.
• Participation on the team advising an agent bank on a USD 4 million syndicated loan to an automotive company.
• Participation in financings of industrial projects, syndicated loans to automotive companies, corporate and tax restructurings.
• Participation in the financing of large real estate projects, in particular through corporate leasing and preferred equity formulas.
