Gastón is of counsel of the Tax Group at A/C/R. With more than 14 years of experience, he routinely provides tax and corporate advice to large family offices and companies, both local and foreign. He focuses his practice mainly on tax planning, local and international taxation, foreign investment and M&A.
Likewise, Gastón also focuses his practice on the representation and defense of clients before chilean administrative and judicial authorities, such as the Internal Revenue Service (Servicio de Impuestos Internos), Treasury, Municipalities, Tax Courts and Superior Judicial Courts.
