Description

Florencia is part of the Dispute Resolution group at A/C/R. She has participated in proceedings before civil courts, superior courts of justice, the court of defense of free competition, criminal courts, administrative litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings.

Florencia is also part of the Compliance team, focusing on advising national and international companies for the development and/or implementation of Compliance Programs. In addition, she specializes her practice in the preparation of Crime Prevention Manuals, preparation of Risk Matrices, drafting of internal company procedures in order to comply with the requirement of effective implementation of a Crime Prevention Model and elaboration of company policies regarding environmental, regulatory and criminal law compliance of the company.

•        Advised a European vehicle inspection company, in the strategy and subsequent representation in lawsuits, regarding the impossibility of developing a technical inspection plant according to a concession contract with the Ministry of Transportation.
•        Permanent counseling to a telecommunications company regarding the modification and implementation of a Corporate Criminal Liability Compliance program. In addition to the creation of corporate policies on human rights, environmental and social criteria, purchasing policies, among others.
