Description

Enzo is Head of the Labor Law Group at A/C/R. His professional practice focuses on systems applicable to foreign workers, international social security treaties, regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, and litigation.

Enzo frequently advises local and foreign companies from various industries, throughout the stages of hiring personnel, on the establishment of special employment conditions, the structuring of payment packages, matters of employee safety and health, termination of employment, and in representation and defense of clients as employers in labor lawsuits of all kinds.

His team works in a coordinated manner, on corporate and tax issues, and participates in all due diligence processes related to M&A operations.
