Armando is part of the regulatory and real estate team at A/C/R and has extensive experience in natural resources and regulation. His work includes the licensing of mining and industrial projects of different nature before a variety of public agencies, including the General Water Directorate, Ministries and Regional Ministerial Secretariats, Real Estate Registrars, Environmental Assessment Service, Environmental Superintendence and Courts of Justice, among others.

- Water Rights: Extensive experience in the study, improvement and regularization of water rights and associated hydraulic works. Handling of permits and processing of applications before the Dirección General de Aguas, Juntas de Vigilancia and Asociación de Canalistas, such as applications for new water rights, changes of catchment point, channel modifications and construction permits.
- Obtaining Mining Easements: Management of mining easements before ordinary courts of justice and administrative authorities, facilitating the execution of large mining projects in northern Chile.
- Environmental Commitments: Coordination and support in the execution of environmental obligations and commitments, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and Environmental Qualification Resolutions.
- Environmental Impact Assessment: Drafting and strategic support in the processing of Environmental Impact Statements and Studies of various industrial projects related to natural resources. Preparation of consultations on the pertinence of entering the Environmental Impact Assessment System.
- Environmental Compliance Programs: Development of Compliance Programs before the Environmental Superintendence, follow-up of proposed measures and management of administrative litigation in inspection files, sanctioning procedures and information requirements.
